Cancellation Policy
1. **Cancellation Window:** - Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointment without any charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time. 2. **Late Cancellation Fee:** - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost. 3. **No-Show Fee:** - If the customer is not present at the scheduled service location and time, and has not informed the company beforehand, a no-show fee of 75% of the estimated service cost will be charged. 4. **Refunds:** - Any payments made in advance will be refunded according to the cancellation terms outlined above. 5. **Contact Information:** - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, customers must contact the company via phone or email as provided on the booking confirmation.
